SANGRIA & TAPAS COOKING FIESTA

If you like cooking, you’ve come to the right place! 
For this hands-on cooking class, you will explore the flavors of the Spanish and Mallorcan cuisine and learn how to make some of the most traditional delights after visiting a local food market. All that under the thoughtful guidance of our chef instructors. 
They will share their culinary knowledge and cooking tips personally with the group so that you can replicate the dishes back home and impress your friends and family.

During the class, you'll work in groups to create a variety of tapas and a refreshing sangría. These recipes are sure to become your new favorites!

Tapas to be prepared: 

  • Sliced bread with ramallet tomato and sea salt flakes
  • Cheese boards and Iberian cold cuts
  • Chicken wings with padron peppers
  • Marinated salmon on black bread, butter, red onion, capers and grated egg
  • "Escalivada" roasted vegetables in bread with black pork belly at low temperature
  • Spanish potato omelette
  • High pork loin with confit potatoes and grilled seasonal vegetables 

    Homemade desserts along with seasonal fruit will be served for dessert. 

    Once you’ve finished creating your culinary masterpieces, you'll have the opportunity to taste the specialties you’ve prepared, accompanied by national wines. After the lunch concludes, a private motorcoach will take you back to the St. Regis Hotel.
